Description

As a Business Analyst with a strong product & design capability, your primary focus will be translating business requirements, customer needs, and internal processes into clear product specifications and intuitive user experiences. You will ensure that product decisions are logically sound, well-structured, and aligned with broader company goals. You'll work at the intersection of business analysis, product management, design, and development - bridging the gap between structured requirements and seamless digital experiences.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a well-thought-out, logically structured, and functional product
• Translate business and customer requirements into clear specifications for development
• Define and document user flows, system logic, edge cases, and acceptance criteria
• Make use of the ShadCN design library to assemble product screens and components
• Collaborate with the Product Manager and/or Creative Director to research, analyse, and prototype new product features
• Develop user cases, scenarios, workflows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for screens and system flows
• Document functional requirements and design guidelines to ensure accurate implementation
